בלי קוד ההורה אי אפשר לשנות הגדרות. כדי למנוע ביטול ההרשאה או מחיקת האפליקציה מהגדרות iOS, מומלץ להגדיר "קוד זמן מסך" של אפל בטלפון של הילד (הגדרות › זמן מסך) ולחסום מחיקת אפליקציות. Settings cannot be changed without the parent PIN. To stop the child from revoking the permission or deleting the app in iOS Settings, set Apple's Screen Time passcode on the child's phone (Settings › Screen Time) and disallow deleting apps.
